No, you do not need to register, you can shop as a guest and you only need to provide us with a valid phone number and shipping and billing details.

About Plants & Agro Products

All you have to do is click here to view the catalogues of plants on Grow. Select the type of plant you would like to purchase and add it to your cart and then checkout if you have found what you want or you can continue to browse and shop until you are ready to checkout. Second, when your order has been confirmed and the third notification will be sent to you when the order is out for delivery. If you buy artificial plants, we try our best to deliver exactly what you have seen in the picture. Whereas, if you buy a real plant, it may differ slightly from the image, as some of the reasons could be:

  • The plant has grown a little taller since the last time the photo was taken
  • All plants grow at a different pace, so no two plants would have the same height or number of leaves or flowers
  • If the plant has the potential to bloom, it may differ depending on the season

Customers have the full right to reject the product at delivery and raise their concerns with customer support for refund. Refund is subject to return and refund policy, to know more click here. Once the customer accepts the delivery, the product is considered non returnable in any condition. Once the product has been dispatched and enroute to delivery, the order can’t be cancelled for a refund. Terrarium orders are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable

Your bookings are non-refundable if you have availed the service or if you are attempting to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled booking/appointment, although, if you wish to cancel a booking made by you, your payment will be refunded to your Grow wallet only subject to return & refund policy. To request for refund, please contact our customer support

Grow App is only an online platform to let users avail services of enrolled vendors.
